Just Natural Organic Wholemeal Breadcrumbs are selected from trusted organic producers, offering more fibre than white breadcrumbs thanks to the wholemeal flour they're made from. They're great for adding a crunchy, wholesome topping to cheesy bakes and gratins, or for making your own stuffing with a slightly nuttier flavour than a white crumb would give. They also work well as a coating for baked or fried fish, chicken and vegetables, or as a binder for meatballs and veggie burgers. Being made from wholemeal wheat, they do contain gluten, so they aren't suitable for a gluten-free diet. Certified organic, with a heartier flavour than white breadcrumbs. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place to keep them crisp.
