Penn Part 015G850 Sku#1181558 Handle Pivot for 008N750 Gear
The Penn 015G850 handle pivot is engineered for compatibility with the newer 008N750 main gear and 016N850 handle collar. Unlike its predecessor, this pivot accommodates both right and left-hand configurations without requiring separate components. You can identify the newer gear by examining the shaft end—the pivot threads sit approximately 1/4" below the lip, distinguishing it from older models where threads extend to the lip. Note that older pivots and collars are incompatible with this newer design due to differing thread specifications.
